The Bosch Carephone 12 is a care system with a wide range of applications. It is simple to install and easy to operate, combining maximum functionality with excellent duplex speech quality in a compact housing. An alarm can be initiated either by pressing the emergency call button on the carephone or by a wireless pendant or wristband transmitter.

In an emergency, help can be summoned quickly and according to individual need by means of an automatically established speech connection to a monitoring center which is manned 24 hours a day. The second and the third button are optionally programmable. These buttons can be programmed to cancel the alarm manually, to make use of the activity monitoring or the service function.

The Carephone 12 regularly checks the connection to the monitoring center by an automatic test call. The monitoring center or relevant persons are notified automatically in the case of low batteries or power failure. The integrated rechargeable battery keeps the carephone up and running for at least 72 hours. All important functions are easily readable on the clearly laid-out display.

The Carephone 12 is easy to install. It is connected to the telephone network with a telephone plug and is supplied with power through an adapter. If power failure occurs, a rechargeable battery supplies the carephone with power. Programming can be done locally via the integrated keypad and display.
